Record-Breaking Success at Landmark Hotel
Bangkok, Thailand – October 22, 2024 – The SIMSO Siam International Math and Science Olympics Finals 2024, hosted by ICE – International Champions In Education, concluded this August at Bangkok’s Landmark Hotel with outstanding performances from the Hong Kong team, who dominated the competition.
At the grand announcement on October 22, 2024, the International Enterprise of Educational Research and Culture (IERC) celebrated Hong Kong’s exceptional achievements. The team amassed an impressive total of 20 gold, 5 silver, and 2 bronze medals in the math category. In the science category, six Hong Kong participants achieved a perfect record, securing gold in every event they entered—the highest gold medal ratio of the year.

Continued International Success
Demonstrating their dedication to excellence, Sky, Kolson, and Edelweiss formed a specialized Hong Kong team to compete in the International Math Open for Young Achievers (IMOYA 2024) in Singapore. Their outstanding performance led them to become the sole team champions, outperforming fourteen international teams.
